Interesting design and it should work for most. The sleeve is hollow and fairly solid while still being soft and flexible. As long as the guy wearing it can fill 75% of the sleeve or roughly 4-inches into it, the sleeve can be used. Extending beyond the end of the sleeve is not a problem. So simply said once you meet the minimum, there essentially is no max. The sleeve itself adds a thickness to the mix more than anything. The suction cups don't protrude very much, so no worries of them breaking or falling off during use. The retention loop is very stretchy and mostly comfortable -- though this can vary from one person to the next.

This thing actually works...and works well. If your girl is a bit of a size queen, this toy will let her fulfill a lot of her needs. I was amazed that it didn't slip off or bunch up while in use. It's surprising soft, works extremely well with lube, and easy to clean. I hope they come out with more. 10/10

The material is very stretchy, and fit comfortably, though it did take lube and some effort to get it on. Since this stretches so much, it adds just a little in girth, but enough for a noticeable enhancement. The open end enables enjoyment to the wearer, also.
